If your premium leather jacket or artisan capsule piece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return and exchange process. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your investment.

Timeframe & Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your garment. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn & Unwashed: The jacket must be in its original, pristine condition, showing no signs of wear, stretching, or fragrance.
• Original Packaging: All tags, authenticity cards, and bespoke garment bags must be included and intact.
• Exclusions: Custom-tailored pieces, monogrammed items, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Step-by-Step Process

To begin the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

• Contact Concierge: Email our support team at support@mustakimglobal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (for domestic orders).
• Secure Packaging: Carefully package the jacket in its original shipping box to prevent damage during transit. Ensure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Inspection & Timeline

Once your return is received at our atelier, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our team.

• Inspection Period: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
• Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
• Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Securing Your Perfect Fit

If you love the jacket but need a different size, we highly recommend initiating an exchange as quickly as possible. Because our capsules are produced in small, artisanal batches, inventory is extremely limited.

We will reserve the requested size for you (if available) as soon as your exchange request is authorized. If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit.

Our Commitment to Durability

While our standard return policy covers 7 days, our commitment to your jacket lasts a lifetime.

If you ever experience issues with the bespoke Champagne Brass fittings, heavy-gauge Japanese zippers, or snaps under normal wear and tear, please contact us. We offer complimentary repairs and replacements for hardware defects, ensuring your armor remains fully functional.
